Replication Vs. Backup
Don't be fooled...
Replication
is not
Backup

Beware of some companies that call themselves a "Backup Company" but what they really do is a simple replication of your data. There is a difference! If your data is just replicated to another location and it becomes corrupt (a common occurrence with certain types of data) or you get a computer virus, then your "backup data" will also very quickly be ruined.

At Professional Offsite Data Backup, Inc. (PODBI), we keep not one backup version of your data but 10 versions of each file for up to 30 days. By keeping multiple file versions, if your data gets corrupt and/or you get a computer virus, you can go back to an earlier version of that file in order to ensure it can be restored properly. Obviously, backing up this way takes extra space on our servers, but the ability to restore data when the time comes is worth it.
